For small host travel agencies: import supplier commission statements and your advisors' bookings, see which commissions arrived, which are short and which never came, and pay each advisor the right split — every month, without spreadsheets.

Host agency with 14 advisors. September: 3 cruise line statements and 2 tour operator statements imported, 186 bookings matched. 9 commissions short, 4 missing after travel — claims prepared. Splits calculated for all advisors, one advisor moves to a higher split level next month.
Choose your planA host travel agency gives independent advisors its supplier agreements and accreditation and receives the commissions on their bookings. Each month suppliers send statements — cruise lines, tour operators, hotel programs — and someone at the host has to check them against the bookings the advisors reported, find commissions that were short or never came, and pay every advisor the share agreed in the contract.
In a small host this is usually done in spreadsheets by the owner, and it takes days. Platforms for advisors and agencies offer commission reconciliation as part of a wider package priced per seat. Host Commission Desk does only this job, for hosts with up to two dozen advisors.
Advisors report their bookings in a simple form or upload them in bulk: supplier, confirmation number, client, travel dates and the expected commission. Supplier statements are imported as files. The service matches each statement line to a booking by confirmation number, name and dates, and marks every booking as paid in full, short or missing.
Bookings that should have paid after travel but did not are listed as unclaimed commissions, by supplier, with the details the supplier will ask for when you claim them. As claims are paid, they close automatically on the next statement.
When commission is received, the service calculates each advisor's split according to their level in your program, including caps, bonuses or fees you set. Advisors receive a statement showing which bookings were paid and how their share was calculated, which removes most of the questions at payout time.
Monthly reports show commission received, expected and outstanding by supplier and by advisor, so the owner sees which suppliers pay late and which advisors have the most money waiting.
Setting up takes an afternoon. You add your advisors with their split levels, your suppliers and the statement formats they send. Past bookings can be imported from a spreadsheet so that commissions already expected are tracked from the first month. Advisors get a login where they report bookings and see their own commission statements, and nothing else.
Each month the owner opens a dashboard with three numbers: commission received, commission expected and commission overdue. Clicking any of them shows the bookings behind it, so a call to a supplier starts with the exact confirmation numbers instead of a guess.
The service works with the bookings and statements you provide. Your agreements with suppliers and advisors define commissions and splits; we only calculate and track them. We are not a host agency and do not receive or hold commissions.
